Hot guys in Hollywood eat a lot of protein and have weight training is a priority in their lives. Berry Kim saw this scene and had many realizations, when she visited a while ago, on the Hollywood street in the U.S. The true success of life is not a workaholic life and the life money is a priority, but a culture of eating chicken while weight training for health. So I'm going to go to the gym and work out my muscles hard again today.
할리우드 핫가이들은 단백질을 많이 먹고 웨이트 트레이닝이 인생에서 우선순위에 있다. 얼마전 방문했던 미국 할리우드 거리에서 베리킴은 이러한 광경을 보고 많은 깨달음이 있었다. 진정한 삶의 성공은 워커홀릭 삶으로 돈이 우선순위가 되는 것보다는 우선적으로 자기 몸을 살필줄 알며 건강을 위해 웨이트 트레이닝을 하며 닭고기를 먹는 문화가 일상시 되는것이다. 그래서 나는 오늘도 헬스장에 가서 근육운동을 열심히 할것이다. 아자 아자!
